No. Kayse is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We build technology that helps law firms and their clients stay connected. Your attorney and their team handle your case.
Does my lawyer use AI to do my case?
No. Your attorneys and their staff do the legal work and make the decisions on your case. Your law firm uses Kayse to stay in touch with you: sending updates, answering common questions, and reminding you when something needs your attention. When technology assists with a call or message, it is there to keep you connected, not to practice law.
I got an email from an @caseconnect.ai address. Is it real?
Yes. Case Connect Group LLC owns Kayse and the Kayse Client Portal app, and @caseconnect.ai is our official email domain. If you're ever unsure about a message, you can always contact your law firm directly.
How do I get the Kayse Client Portal app?
If your law firm uses Kayse, download it from the App Store or Google Play, or sign in from any web browser at kayseapp.com.

We appreciate you reaching out, but Kayse is not a law firm and we can't assist with new legal cases directly. We support clients whose attorneys use the Kayse platform. If your attorney doesn't use Kayse yet, feel free to let them know about us.
Kayse is built with safeguards designed to help support responsible client communication, such as observing allowed calling hours, honoring requests to stop receiving messages, disclosing when AI is used on a call, and requesting permission to record calls in U.S. states where that permission is required.
